How does the membership work?+
You pick a monthly plan — say two books at a time with four home swaps a month. Browse the library, fill your next-visit basket, and we deliver on your society's weekly van stop. Swap whenever your reader is ready.
Which areas do you deliver to?+
We serve one society at a time as we grow. If we're not in yours yet, join the waitlist and we'll come as soon as enough neighbours sign up.
How many books can we hold?+
It depends on your plan — most families take two at a time and swap a few times a month. You always see your remaining slots live as you build a basket.
What if a book is damaged or lost?+
It happens — they're children's books. Tap “Report” on the book and we'll sort it out. Everyday wear is completely fine and never charged.
Is there a joining fee or late fee?+
No joining fee, and never a late fee. One simple monthly membership — keep a book as long as it's being loved.
