Is this an online library, a physical library, or both?+
Both. We're a physical children's library in Sector 51, Gurugram, and a full online library. You can browse our entire collection on the site, reserve books online or visit us in person during library hours.
How does membership work?+
Pick the plan that suits your family — a walk-in plan (borrow at the library) or a doorstep plan (we deliver books to your home). Both include the full online catalogue, online reservations and your child's Reading Bookshelf. The plans differ in how you get your books, how many you can hold at a time, and price. Do I need to take different membership for each child in the family?+
No, one membership per household.
Which areas do you deliver to?+
We deliver hyperlocally, society by society. Use 'Check your society' in the library menu to see if we've reached you yet — if we haven't, leave your society details on the same page and we'll let you know the moment we do.
How do I choose books?+
Our whole curated collection is on the website — browse by age, genre, or what's ready to read right now. Doorstep members reserve the books they want online and we bring them home; walk-in members can reserve online or simply pick at the library.
How many books can I borrow?+
There's no cap on how many books your child reads over the membership — keep swapping as often as you like. How many you can hold at one time, and how many home swaps you get each month, depend on the plan you choose (see the Plans page).
How do returns and swaps work?+
For doorstep members, we come on your society's delivery day: hand back the books you've finished and receive your next picks in the same visit — no late fees. You choose the next set from your account before the visit. Walk-in members just return and pick up at the library.
What is the delivery schedule of my sector/society?+
We deliver the books to your doorstep as per the delivery schedule of your society.Register your address with us on My Account page. The delivery day of your society is mentioned right below the Members' section.
How does payment work, and what happens after I pay?+
Go to My Account, choose your plan, and pay the membership fee via UPI — scan the QR code or use the UPI ID shown on screen. Enter the UPI reference number on the same screen so we can match your payment. We review and activate your membership within 24 hours.
Is there any security deposit?+
No. There's no security deposit and nothing to lock away — the membership fee is all you pay.
How do you maintain the quality of your books?+
Every book is hand-picked on the recommendation of parents, teachers and educators, with a strong focus on quality and age-fit. We also inspect each copy when it comes back, so books reach your home in good condition.
Do you only have children's books?+
Our collection is built around children's books. We also keep a small, curated selection for adults.
What ages is the library for, and is it safe for my child?+
Our collection spans age groups — from picture books for the youngest to chapter books for older readers — so there's always something at the right level as your child grows. Each child reads under your family account, which you control: a safe, ad-free space.
Can I see and track what my child is reading?+
Yes. Every child has their own reading bookshelf — a personal bookshelf that keeps their reading history year after year, along with their reviews and a yearly reading goal you can set. You'll find it in your account once you're a member.
